Install DORON TBB Saathi (Staff)

A lightweight Windows utility for a business owner’s office staff. Many owners would rather their staff handle the day-to-day document exchange with the CA than hand over their personal Saathi phone app — this desktop tool gives staff exactly the three workflows they need, and nothing else. It looks and feels like TBB CA.

What the staff utility does

Send to my CA — pick a photo, PDF or CSV (an invoice, receipt or bank statement) and send it straight to the CA’s intake queue with an optional note.
My submissions to CA — a running history of everything sent, with live status: Awaiting review → Reviewed → Posted in Tally (with the voucher number once posted).
Reminders from CA — see what the CA has asked the business for, and tick each one off with Mark completed.
Pairs as the staff member — each staff person pairs under their own name, so the CA always sees exactly who sent what. The owner keeps their own phone app, untouched.
Desktop notifications — a quiet tray pop-up when a new reminder arrives or a submission is posted, so nothing is missed.

System requirements: Windows 10 / 11 (64-bit) · 2 GB RAM · 150 MB disk · internet connection. No TallyPrime is needed on the staff PC — the CA posts to Tally on their end. Runs alongside TBB CA and the Business TBB without conflict (own folder, own data location).

You’ll need a pair code from the CA. The staff utility is activated with a pairing code the CA issues from Send pair codes (the same flow used for owner phones) — each staff member gets their own. No voucher is entered on the PC. Ask your CA for a code, or write to support@dorontechsolutions.com.

How to install & pair

Run the installer. Double-click the downloaded DORON_TBB_Saathi_TZ_Setup.msi. If Windows SmartScreen appears, click “More info” then “Run anyway”.
Install & finish. Keep the defaults and click Install, then Finish. Nothing else is needed — the .NET runtime is bundled.
Enter your name & pair code. On first launch, type the staff member’s full name and the pair code from the CA, then click Pair this PC. The name is how the CA sees who sent each document.
Start working. Use Send to my CA to share documents, My submissions to track their status, and Reminders to clear what the CA asked for. Close to the tray; it keeps running so reminders still pop up.
