DORON TBB CA is a Windows application for chartered-accountant offices. It connects to your clients’ TallyPrime companies and turns routine book-keeping into a guided workflow — running as a single desktop window that stays available from the system tray.

What TBB CA does

Submit Voucher — read a purchase, expense or sales invoice with AI/OCR (or import an Excel sheet), review the extracted lines and ledger, and post straight into the client’s TallyPrime company.
Submit Bank Statement — import a statement as PDF, CSV or image; TBB CA auto-classifies each line into Receipt, Payment or Contra (learning your past choices) and posts to Tally.
Client Engagement — an Intake Queue of documents clients sent in, a traffic-light Status Board of period-end / return status, and Bulk Reminders to nudge clients for their books.
Saathi mobile pairing — your clients install the Saathi phone app to send documents and see your reminders; your in-office staff pair a CA-Staff phone to review submissions.
Multi-machine office — several TBB CA seats can share one office folder and serve many client companies together, with no manual coordination.

System requirements: Windows 10 / 11 (64-bit) · 4 GB RAM (8 GB recommended) · 200 MB disk · TallyPrime 2.x+ with the XML server on port 9000 (only for posting/sync) · internet for activation, AI/OCR and Saathi pairing.

Don’t have a voucher yet? TBB CA licences are issued by DORON. Start with a free 14-day trial — one PC, up to 5 client companies, 50 OCR pages and bulk uploads capped at 20 rows. How to install

Run the installer. Double-click the downloaded DORON_TBB_CA_TZ_Setup.msi. If Windows SmartScreen appears, click “More info” then “Run anyway”.
Accept and install. Accept the licence agreement, keep the default folder (C:\Program Files\DORON\TBB_CA\), then click Install. No .NET or other runtime is needed — everything is bundled.
Finish. Click Finish. TBB CA starts, adds a Desktop / Start-menu shortcut, and registers to launch with Windows (minimised to the tray).
Activate your licence. First-time Setup opens automatically. Enter the voucher code, CA firm name and partner email from DORON, then click Activate. See the PDF guide above for the full walkthrough.
Start working. Pick a mode on the Home screen — Client Engagement (no Tally needed) or Client Workflows (posts into an open TallyPrime company).
